Personal Training gives you the unique opportunity to receive one – to – one tuition on exciting exercises, nutrition and a tailored exercise programme specific to your needs. Personal training is the best way to reach those desired goals, broken down into more manageable chunks, making your goals that all important reality.

If you struggle with your eating habits, a food diary will be provided to keep check of your nutritional intake.

How many of us start an exercise programme only to give up after several weeks? With personal training you will receive that extra drive through weekly goals, supervised exercise time, and RESULTS!!!!!

Knowing you have me coming to see you on a weekly basis will really help keep you on track with a different programme every visit. Many of us again do the same programme over and over again, majority of the time, meaning your heart rate isn’t high enough to gain health benefits.

Where can I receive Personal Training?
You can receive personal training in the luxury of your own home. There’s no need to head into the traffic to your local gym, let the gym come to you. Personal Training is only available for home visits and in York within a 15 mile radius.
